Each subsidiary also actively improves its service facilities and service environments; develops the customer service training manual or business etiquette training video to enhance employees' manners and communication skills. As our ongoing commitment to customers, every year First Group coordinates research resources to hold various financial discussion forums to keep customers abreast with the latest industry trends and investment outlooks. For examples, we held "2007 Optical Electronics Investment Conference" and "2007 Economic Outlook Conference". Furthermore, Subsidiary First Bank has scholarship sponsor program of "Scholarships for Children of First Bank Clients", which annually awards about 300 college and university students for their outstanding academic achievements.
