Facing a broad range of financial
products, First Group places major emphasis on employee training
to assist employees to strengthen and obtain new knowledge
of financial industry. All the product management units within
First Group provides periodic/aperiodic professional training
programs or entitle employees to enroll educational courses
provided by external professional institutions. Focusing specifically
on cross-selling the group products, we also hold joint training
programs by adding workshops for introducing brother companies'
businesses in each subsidiary's internal training courses.
The group employees are all encouraged to take the qualification
exams for the various professional certificates in finance.
In addition to employee trainings, we develop promotion and mobility
plans for employees in the organization. The job rotations, overseas
transfers or project assignments are among the means to build
employees competencies. Furthermore, First Group adopts the performance
based-appraisals and employee bonus to stimulate the staff and
to share operating profits with the employees. |
